I believe those of us with the PRIVILEGE (and I do NOT LIKE using that word because it’s thrown around way too much with way too little “meaning”) of being able to use the Internet (that is, have access to a computer or phone, have access to the Internet – and electricity – and can use both “freely”) have NECESSARY RESPONSIBILITIES. I can talk about specific examples when I am not hacking up a lung (dear God please let this just be a bad cold?), but what I mean generally entails the following:
1. We have to behave ethically
2. We have to practice what we preach, especially in line with #1
3. We have to disseminate the INFORMATION we know as widely as we can to help others be in our position – this does NOT JUST GO FOR “OUR” CHILDREN; TO THINK SO IS SELFISH. AT BEST (INFORMATION HERE means just that – FACTS that have actual research and data to back them up – not like the bs these anti-vaxxers make up – I WILL SAY TWO THINGS ON THAT FRONT – 1. IF ANYONE HAS THE “RIGHT” TO “DISLIKE” VACCINES IT IS ME … AND ALTHOUGH I AND VARIOUS MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY HAVE NEARLY DIED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION FROM MORE THAN ONE VACCINE WE ARE VERY PRO-VACCINATION; 2. I DID A RESEARCH PAPER TRYING TO LEGITIMATELY FIND EVIDENCE THAT THERE IS ANY CAUSATIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CERTAIN VACCINES AND THEIR INGREDIENTS WITH AUTISM – I COULD FIND NO DATA TO LEGITIMATELY SUPPORT THAT CLAIM. AND EVEN IF I COULD AND IF THERE WERE, THERE ARE “SPECIAL” VACCINATIONS YOU CAN GET “THESE DAYS” THAT DO NOT CONTAIN INGREDIENTS CONSIDERED “SUSPICIOUS”)
As I said earlier, I will come back with specific examples and perhaps to lay out more parts to “our” responsibilities … but I am not feeling at all well right now. Off to bed.
Hope to be back soon….
❤ Always, Beth
