Oh, Canada!

Hello, my devoted readers! I just realized I hit 100 posts with my last dream about my “rectified” nightmares! I have had a recent surge in Canadian readership and I just wanted to give a quick shout out to my friends up north! *Bob and Doug McKenzie coo loo coo coo coo coo coo coo! song!* The GREAT WHITE NORTH!

I apologize for my goofiness here (I am feeling terribly unwell and almost flu-ish … please don’t do this to me the week I have to get part of my gums chopped off….) and for my loquaciousness in general! I have made myself yet another “promise” to be more succinct and to try to get to the point of these posts more “directly” when possible. I often remember what one of my high school English teachers told me when I had him read an essay I had written (not an assignment, I just wanted feedback) – aside from telling me I rambled on, he called my writing “bombastic.” It still makes me laugh because I do very much talk the way I write (or vice versa?) … and I have friends in both “high” and “low” places – and they all appreciate my “bombastic” way of communicating!

At any rate, I just wanted to acknowledge my 100th post, my Canadian readers as well as my readers from the good ol’ USA and from EVERYWHERE around the world – and I hope you are ALL having happy and healthy days, wherever you are in the world! I hope to be back soon – I have nearly as many drafts as posts at this point!
